What’s collected
What you type into a form or send to Crossway Influence, plus public business contact details and public channel statistics, used to contact you by email.
Legal basis
Your consent when you apply; Crossway Influence’s legitimate interest in offering sponsorships to creators and brands found on public pages (you can object at any time and it stops); performing agreements you sign; and tax law for invoices.
Why
To reply to you, build shortlists, and run campaigns you’ve agreed to.
Where it’s kept
Cloudflare (hosting, cookieless visit counts), Web3Forms (form delivery), Google Workspace (email), OpenSign (signing agreements) and Payoneer (invoice payments) process it, including in the US, for Crossway Influence, which handles it from Morocco.
Who sees it
Brands see your format, niche, audience range and an estimated price. Newsletters, whose rates are public, are named in the shortlist.
YouTube and LinkedIn creators are named to a brand only after it signs an order form; your email and rate only after you say yes.
Once you say yes to a deal, your name, email and agreed rate go to that brand on the agreement. Your data is never sold or shared with anyone else.
How long
12 months after the last contact. If you work with Crossway Influence, as long as tax law requires for invoices. Signed agreements and copies of published sponsored posts: 5 years, for contract and legal claims.
Your rights
See, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by email, within 30 days. Reply “no thanks” or “remove me” to any email and contact stops.
This applies wherever you live, including under the EU GDPR and Morocco’s Law 09-08. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP).
Cookies
None. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn’t follow you to other sites. The forms keep the email you typed in this browser tab only, to show it on the confirmation page. It’s cleared when the tab closes.
